Planning, Writing and Researching at the Graduate Level Workshop

Not sure what it means to research and write at the graduate level? Whether you’re new to the program, already part way through, or a prospective student considering applying, we invite you to join the History Graduate Students’ Association (HGSA) for a 3.5 hour crash course on planning, researching & writing at the graduate level. This program has been developed in conjunction with University of Manitoba and University of Winnipeg faculty and is held twice per semester.

We will cover topics such as brainstorming and topic selection, researching and outlining, writing at the graduate level, and review and revision.

Date: Wednesday October 19, 2022
Time: 2:30pm-6:00pm (with time afterwards for questions if needed!)
Location: Graduate Students Association Lounge (217 University Centre, University of Manitoba Fort Garry Campus)
